Simon has extensive experience in leading the Finance Division of several multi-national research companies. He started his career with Research International before taking the position of Regional Finance Manager overseeing all SEA Finance Units. Reporting to the Regional APAC CFO, he worked closely with Country Heads to ensure the right strategies are adopted for business growth.

Jade Vito

Research Director

Jade has a strong regional & global work background in both qualitative & quantitative. Her business development background and long experience in market research has seen her providing valuable insights for many clients from different industries in multi-country projects.

Jade has strong project management skills with many successful projects under her belt. She is also experienced in driving data management & analytics across different sectors.

Cheong Tien Weng

Associate Research Director

Cheong is a hands-on qualitative market research professional with more than 10 years of working experience in a multitude of industries. He is skilled in all aspects of qualitative research, consumer behaviour, customer insights and related fields. He also has extensive experience in online techniques.

Cheong graduated from the University of Sunderland with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Degree in Marketing & Management.

Fiona Wong

Associate Research Director

Fiona is a quantitative research professional, with extensive experience in designing methodologies & compiling insights across most business sectors.

She has worked independently with many clients as a Research Manager at Green Zebras. Prior to this she was a Senior Research Executive at one of the leading, international agencies.

Fiona graduated with a double Degree in Banking/Finance and Econometrics & Statistics from Monash University.

Diyana Shazalli

Research Manager

For the past half of a decade, Diyana has been a true blue qualitative researcher with a vast experience in moderating FGDs, condensing content analysis and reporting of findings.

Diyana graduated with 1st Class Honors in Msc Market Research & Consultancy from Aston University, UK. Diyana is a confident presenter of market research findings and analysis to clients and stakeholders.

Tengku Nuraina Arshad

Research Manager

Tengku Aina is a seasoned market researcher with over 12 years of experience. Throughout her career, she has worked with several key market research agencies, garnering a deep understanding of the industry landscape. Specialising in Customer Experience & Loyalty research, she utilises big data analysis to offer insights for informed decision-making in political, social & economic domains.

Tengku Aina holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biochemistry from University Malaya.
